Identity of CIM
- The Institute is indigenous in vision, origin, management, personnel
and leadership. It is 35% indigenous in finance and aims to be
fully self supported in 5 years time.
- Autonomous in structure, constitution and function.
- National in its outlook. Board Members are drawn from all parts
of India, all Church denominations and all national federations.
- A non-profit Christian service society of management professionals
run by representatives of all national Christian federations and
churches.
Structure of CIM
The CIM General Body comprises of:
- Official Nominees of national federations (alliances) of Christian
ministries.
- Emminent Christian Management professionals from various fields
of specialisation, with deep commitment for the Christian cause.
- Church leaders of national status from various denominations.
Resource Persons
A panel of 50 professionals across India give to CIM their professional
expertise (some of the best in India) as consultants, book/article
writers, teachers, trainers and mediators in the programmes conducted
