There’s no other celebration as great or big as Christmas. It is a joyful event for the whole world. The celebration stands as a reminder of the greatest gift the world has ever received—the birth of our Lord Jesus. In this season of joy, the staff of CIM also gathered to celebrate the wonderful Saviour.
On the afternoon of 18th December 2024, sounds of laughter and carol songs filled the air at CIM office.
The Christmas programme began with a prayer, followed by the staff singing Christmas hymns with Mr. Miracle Frank as the MC of the celebration.
Mr. Lawrence Mangalrajan, the guest speaker, shared the Christmas message from Mary’s song in Luke 1. “...My soul magnifies the Lord” and he stressed on the word ‘magnify’, talking about the humility in Christ's birth.
Then, Mr. Allwin Malhia organised a quiz with questions from the Bible, concerning Christmas, CIM and other general knowledge. The quiz was a fun event, challenging everyone on their knowledge of the Word.
The team then shared their testimonies of how the Lord was good to them throughout the year 2024.
Then, Mr. Sam Blesson led the team in thanksgiving prayer and one on one prayer.
At the end of the event, the Executive Director presented every staff member with gifts and CIM's year and month planners.
Above all, it was an afternoon filled with thanksgiving, where everyone expressed their grateful heart to God for His never-ending faithfulness throughout the year. It was a time of deep thankfulness as everyone shared from their heart what God has done for them.
The staff also expressed their thankfulness to one another and reflected on what CIM is to them.
After a wonderful time together, the staff left for their homes with the Christmas spirit and a thankful heart.
