CMCT Partnership Seminar

On January 22, CIM held a dynamic seminar in Chennai as part of its partnership with CMCT. The seminar focused on enhancing problem-solving and decision-making skills. Mr. Raja Christopher led the event, and Mr. Miracle Frank facilitated activities, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience for all participants.

 The seminar attracted significant participation, with approximately 85 staff members attending the morning session and another 90 attendees in the afternoon. Furthermore, a special session aimed at leaders, emphasising the application of the day’s lessons within the organisational framework, was attended by 25 to 30 individuals. 

 

Participants participated in various activities, including discussions, storytelling, and practical scenarios, all designed to underscore the critical importance of effective decision-making and problem-solving in their roles. Many staff members expressed their intention to apply the insightful concepts learned during the seminar in their personal and professional lives.


Overall, the seminar proved to be a successful endeavour, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the organisation. Participants left with renewed motivation and strategies to tackle challenges in their work and personal endeavours.
