Grassroots - Level Leaders’ Training

The Training Department has marked March 2025 as a significant month, successfully conducting a series of training programmes and equipping grassroots-level leaders with essential skills in nonprofit management and visioning. The initiative served as a platform to enhance leadership capabilities and foster clarity of vision among leaders across multiple regions.

A total of five training sessions were held in key cities, including Chandigarh, Mumbai (two locations), Neyveli and Chennai. Each programme was led by the Director of Training, Mr. Raja Christopher, who provided valuable insights and encouraged interactive discussions among approximately 250 participating leaders. 

The training sessions proved to be both spiritually enriching and practically insightful. Participants expressed that they received profound blessings and encouragement, highlighting the importance of such targeted training for their roles.

Feedback from attendees reflected a strong desire for such future sessions, with many leaders requesting extended training on similar topics. In an inspired response to the teachings, many participants began drafting their vision statements, showcasing the immediate impact of the training. “Learning fresh perspectives and practical insights has been transformative for our organisation’s context”, noted one participant. 

The past month has been a significant milestone for CIM in fulfilling our desire to serve grassroots-level leaders with intentionality and support. We are grateful for the open doors and the meaningful impact these sessions have made. The Training Department looks forward to building on this momentum in the coming months.
