On January 27, 2025, the YMCA Trainee Secretaries from the 2024-2025 batch, paid a heartwarming visit to the CIM office. The occasion fostered stronger connections with the faculty and staff who had guided them throughout their training.
The visit began with warm introductions between the trainees and CIM directors, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The trainees gained valuable insights into CIM's diverse functions and received introductory kits to familiarise themselves with the organisation.

In a gesture of appreciation for the enduring partnership between YMCA and CIM, Mr. Rajiv Kunwar John, YMCA Director of Trainings, was presented with a memento. This token symbolised the collaboration between the two organisations and the shared commitment to foster growth among the trainees.
Over lunch, casual discussions allowed trainees to ask questions and share their aspirations. This informal setting helped bridge the gap between the trainees and CIM directors, promoting a sense of community and support.
The staff members gave the trainees an insightful glimpse into the inner workings of CIM and discussed their duties and responsibilities. Each shared personal stories and experiences that illustrated the impact of their roles within the organisation, inspiring the trainees to consider their career paths.

As the visit drew to a close, a blessing prayer for the trainees was offered, to bestow goodwill and hope as they prepared to embark on their future pursuits. This meaningful event served as a reminder of the values upheld by CIM and YMCA. The trainees left with, not just knowledge, but also a sense of belonging and encouragement, eager to apply what they had learned in their upcoming endeavours.
