Senior Management Co-ordinator (Publications)
Responsibilities:
To co-ordinate the efforts of publishing booklets & books, blogs on relevant management topics to the NPOs
Qualifications:
Any PG with experience in coordinating the publication services for a minimum period of 3 - 6 years
Manager (Resource Mobilisation & Public Relations)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing a strategic resource mobilisation plan to ensure the financial sustainability and growth of the organisation. This involves fundraising, donor engagement, and promoting CIM's services to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Graduate / PG in related discipline with at least 5 years of fund-raising experience / marketing of services
Asst. Director (Post-Graduate Programmes)
Responsibilities:
To spearhead all the PG courses and coordinate with the course participants from admissions to convocation
Qualifications:
PG (Preferably PhD) in related discipline with experience in planning & conduction PG courses on Management for a minimum period of 5 - 8 years
Asst. Director (Programmes)
Responsibilities:
To plan the different programmes of the organisation such as seminars, courses, consultations and publications and organise to execute them in accordance with the strategic directives of the organisation.
Qualifications:
Graduate / PG in related discipline with experience in managing the programmes of NGOs for a minimum period of 5 - 8 years
Director (Collaborations)
Responsibilities:
To lead the organisation's efforts in building partnerships with individuals and institutions to advance CIM's vision. This includes setting up collaborative structures such as regional chapters, volunteer networks, and institutional alliances.
Qualifications:
Any PG with experience in developing new collaborations and networks in NGOs for a minimum period of 8-10 years
