Last month, CIM conducted a staff capacity training programme at Kings and Queens Residential School, Tamil Nadu. The programme brought together teaching and non-teaching staff through a series of engaging and informative sessions. Approximately 35 staff took part in the initiative, which focused on key areas of professional development tailored to the institution's specific needs.

The training programme featured a diverse range of topics aimed at enhancing staff performance and promoting a collaborative work environment. Notable sessions included "Team Building & Understanding Individual Differences," led by Mr. Raja Christopher, and Adv. Sheeba educated the staff on the "Child & Women Protection Laws and the POSH Act". Additionally, Mr. Miracle Frank facilitated interactive exercises and activities that encouraged active participation and teamwork among attendees.

Feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many highlighting the informative nature of the content and its practical applications within the school environment. The interactive discussions allowed staff to address their concerns and deepen their understanding of the topics covered.

In response to the positive reception, the school management expressed a keen interest in continuing this initiative, indicating plans to host similar two-day training programmes twice a year moving forward. This commitment reflects the school's dedication to fostering a supportive and informed educational atmosphere, enhancing the capabilities of its staff members.

As Kings and Queens Residential School continues to invest in professional development, the recent training programme stands as a testament to its mission of cultivating a well-equipped and collaborative educational community.
