As part of CIM's Silver Jubilee celebrations, marking 25 years of equipping and empowering not‑for‑profit organizations and leaders across India in management, governance, and stewardship, CIM is delighted to announce an essay competition for students. Selected essays will also be featured in CIM’s Souvenir that will be released during the India Management Summit at SAIACS, Bangalore scheduled to be held from 5 to 7 September 2025.
The "Weaving Excellence into Management" essay competition is a unique opportunity for students of Theological Seminaries and other colleges to showcase their writing skills, creativity, and understanding of management principles from a biblical perspective. This competition aims to encourage students to narrow the gap between faith and management, developing their research and writing abilities.
Participating in the competition allows students to enhance their academic portfolio while receiving recognition and rewards for their work. It can also help them explore different aspects of management and provide them with a new approach through the practical applications of Biblical principles.
