Staff Spotlight: Celebrating Mr. Miracle Frank

In honouring the team members at the Christian Institute of Management (CIM), this month’s spotlight is on Mr. Miracle Frank, the management coordinator. Marking one year with CIM, Mr. Miracle has truly embraced the vision and mission statements of CIM.

A Journey Inspired by Faith

Mr. Miracle first learned about CIM through a casual conversation with his friend, who encouraged him to apply to the organisation. Intrigued, Mr. Miracle began researching CIM's vision and work. He was captivated, particularly by the mission to strengthen and support NPOs and NGOs in India. Having grown up in a church environment, Mr. Miracle’s early life was rooted in spiritual growth. This upbringing instilled in him a profound desire to serve the Lord, shaping his personal and professional journey.

In times of uncertainty and decision-making, Mr. Miracle finds encouragement in Philippians 1:6: “Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” This powerful verse reminds him of God’s faithfulness—a truth he carries into his daily work, providing motivation and assurance that his efforts are part of a larger divine purpose.

Embracing Servant Leadership

One of the key lessons Mr. Miracle has imparted from his life experiences is the importance of servant leadership—prioritising the needs of others. He reflects the heart of Jesus, who came to serve, not to be served. This principle not only guides his actions but also creates a supportive atmosphere at CIM.

Mr. Miracle's driving passion is to serve God faithfully, wherever He places him. He expresses gratitude for the opportunity CIM provides to support NGOs, other organisations and leaders. Through his work, he strives to help them achieve biblical excellence in management and leadership.

As Mr. Miracle reflects on the future, he feels excitement at the prospect of expanding CIM’s impact. He envisions conducting more training sessions and seminars that equip leaders, industry heads and organisations, believing that together, they can build the Kingdom of God and serve the country more effectively.

Gratitude for Grace

In his journey, Mr. Miracle remains aware of God’s unfailing grace. He often recalls the words from 2 Samuel 7:18: “Who am I, O Sovereign LORD, and what is my family, that you have brought me this far?” This perspective keeps him grounded and motivates him to continue seeking God every day.

In the words of Mr. Allwin, a colleague at CIM, “Miracle is a young and energetic man full of passion. He enjoys his work and keeps the environment joyful and alive. I wish and pray for his continued growth alongside CIM!
